We provide an efficient and confidential service to our customer - the owner of the casino. Our normal practice is to phase the disclosure of confidential financial information as the prospective purchaser demonstrates a rising degree of interest, and ability, to complete a purchase.

  1. Having received a Confidentiality Agreement, we are delighted to forward the basic details of a property. In some cases, we are also authorized to send out basic published financial details.
  2. Once you/your client have considered these and intend to proceed further, we will require a signed Letter of Intent. That Letter should include an indication of how the purchaser proposes to finance such a transaction and how it is proposed to the demonstrate Proof of Funds to the Owner in due course. This text should be sent back on your own company letterhead, signed by an appropriate company official, together with a description of the authority of that official. The letter should annex background information on the company together with summary published financial data.
  3. If these concepts are satisfactory to the Casino Owner, then we would usually be authorized to send you full financial details for your analysis.
  4. If you wish to proceed to detailed discussions, then the Owner would normally require that the Proof of Funds – including bank references - is then delivered as a prelude to negotiations that are expected to move to the making of a formal offer, appointment of lawyers and the drawing up of a Contract of Sale.
